Entering its 21st season, The Memories Gallery began its life as an extension of Norma Glamp’s Cards and Gallery.
Featuring the works of 27 American artists and craftspeople, Memories features such eclectic pieces as dragonfly photographs printed on handmade mulberry paper, solar powered spinning globes and lenticular moving pictures made from up to 200 separate photographs.
Memories Gallery is owned by Steve Katz. Steve graduated from New Paltz College with a degree in Art Education. While teaching at Arlington HS in Poughkeepsie, NY and later The Browning School in New York City, he returned every summer to reopen his shop.
In 1990 the call of Provincetown was just too strong and he moved here permanently.
